What is Label Nonita's Easy 48-Hour Return & Exchange Policy?
At Label Nonita, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer an Easy 48-Hour Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if they wish to initiate an eligible return or exchange.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item and receiving a store credit, which can then be used to purchase another item separately.
Returns & Credit Note
- Eligible returned items will be issued a store credit.
- The store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, accessories, and other components supplied with the product must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, alteration, damage, washing, or missing tags may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized products
- Jewelry and accessories
- Stitched blouses
- Shapewear
Important Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders placed directly through our official website or mobile site.
- You must contact us before sending any product back.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
- Before shipping the product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email to receive the correct return address and further instructions.
- If you are arranging the return shipment yourself, please use a secure and reliable courier service.
- The package must be properly sealed and protected to prevent damage during transit.
- The product handed over to the courier must exactly match the return or exchange request submitted to Label Nonita.
- We recommend retaining the courier receipt and tracking details until your return has been successfully received and processed.
Refund Timeline
Where a refund is applicable under the order terms:
- Domestic Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days
- International Refunds: Processed within 12–14 business days
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may also depend on the payment provider or bank.
